At the moment we only ship to Canada and to the United States. We hope to add international shipping in the future!
WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR BOXES?
We carry two box sizes, small: 7' x 7' x 4' and large: 9' x 9' x 4.5' in glossy white finish. Our boxes are very rigid, highly sustainable and make a great storage box for your home or office!
Additionally, each gift box gets shipped in a corrugated cardboard box with packing paper for extra protection.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping within Canada is free on all Ready-To-Ship gift boxes via Canada Post expediated shipping. Shipping on all Build-A-Box or custom gift boxes is free over $75.00.
Shipping to the United States is $20.00 per gift box, any additional gift boxes are an extra $10.00.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
We generally ship all orders within 2-5 business days of your order confirmation. If you choose expediated shipping, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Canada Post typically delivers your order within 5-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us and we'll see what we can do!

If you have already placed an order but would like to make any modifications , please contact us as soon as possible via email with your order number. We typically process orders within 2-5 business days, but can usually make any changes before your order goes out for shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All BOXFROMBAE sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you are not satisfied with how your order arrived or if your gift box arrived damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible.
